Dave Stambone

Born in New York and raised in Fairfield County, Dave earned a BBA in Management from the Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University. While attending school, Dave served as a Marketing Consultant and Loan Consultant Assistant for one of the nation’s largest financial institutions based out of Fairfield, CT.

Dave was then hired by Hamilton Ladd where he worked along side of another top producing broker. Upon completing college, he transitioned into mortgage origination on his own.

Currently, he is ranked as one of Hamilton Ladd’s top originators and is a Senior Loan Consultant. He has increased his production each year despite adverse market conditions. His ambition, experience, and value based character benefit the needs of his clientele.

He is a Litchfield County resident and enjoys fly fishing, golfing, boating, baseball, and snowboarding.
